Press Release 8th September 2014
The PuriFry network continues to develop in Ireland with coverage of Limerick, Clare and Tipperary now in place with local entrepreneur Paddy Cassidy having been awarded the first operational Franchise in the area.
PuriFry Managing Director, Carey Baxter, welcomes the expansion and further coverage PuriFry can now offer to National Accounts “We are a relatively young company that is the market leader in Fryer Management on the Island of Ireland, and have secured multiple accounts with many household names and National Contract Caterers, who have identified with the benefits and market leading quality of service we can bring to their kitchens. Our expansion into Limerick is a fantastic development for our network, enabling us to satisfy demand from our National Contract customers.”
On his experience to date Paddy commented “The training and support I have been given so far has been incredibly detailed, the practical, administration and sales support and training have given me the confidence and knowledge to approach customers in a structured way, and after only 2 weeks I already have multiple trials going on and customers confirmed, a fantastic result.”
Specialising in the filtration and cleaning of deep fat fryers PuriFry offer cost reductions to caterers through an extension in the usable life of their oil. Cooking oil cost has risen to unprecedented levels, increasing operating costs and reducing the bottom line, no small amount when larger locations consumption could reach 500ltrs plus per week at prices up to €1.30per ltr.
Whilst cost reductions are an obvious benefit to Caterers in the current economic climate the service also has added value by improving cleanliness, Health & Safety, and food quality, whilst reducing waste and environmental impact – all from as little as 20 minutes on site.
With eight vans operating already across Ireland, and more in the pipeline, many national brands such as Radisson, Jurys and Clarion Hotels as well as Restaurants, Health Authorities, Schools and contract caterers are benefiting from PuriFrys exceptional service pack, a customer base and operations areas which are expanding with steady growth.
PuriFry uses bespoke specialised filtration equipment to extract the oil at working temperature from deep fat fryers, thus avoiding expensive down time. The fryer is then filtered, removing microscopic particles of food so you can actually see the oil change in colour and clarity, stored until the fryer is cleaned and returned to the fryer for further extended use – reducing caterers operating costs. Removal of used oil is also an optional part of the service giving the added benefit of Environmental and waste storage improvements.
