PuriFry rapidly expanding with three new Franchised operations

Press Release 20th September 2012

Market leader PuriFry, the Fryer Management Specialists,
have launched their latest operations in Kilkenny, Cork and Newbridge.

The PuriFry service network has been expanding rapidly in recent months with their range of cost reduction services now available from Coleraine to Cork. The most recent Franchises have been awarded to Stephen Kenny (PuriFry Kilkenny), Bill Sullivan (PuriFry Cork) and business partners Richard Berry and Martin Bezuidenhout (PuriFry Newbridge), bringing the all-Ireland network to 11 vans.

“Its fantastic to have 3 new operations established in the last month, with such high caliber Franchisees.” commented Carey Baxter of PuriFry who are keen to establish operations in areas where they are under-represented .

Specialising in the filtration and cleaning of deep fat fryers PuriFry offer cost reductions to caterers through an extension in the usable life of their oil. Cooking oil cost has risen to unprecedented levels, increasing operating costs and reducing the bottom line, no small amount when larger locations consumption could reach 500ltrs plus per week at €1.20 per ltr.

Whilst cost reductions are an obvious benefit to Caterers in the current economic climate the service also has added value by improving cleanliness, Health & Safety, and food quality, whilst reducing waste and environmental impact – all from as little as 20 minutes on site.

With eleven operations already across Ireland, and more in the pipeline, many national brands such as Radisson, Jurys and Clarion Hotels as well as Restaurants, Health Authorities and Schools are already benefiting from PuriFrys exceptional service pack, a customer base which is expanding daily.

PuriFry uses bespoke specialised filtration equipment to extract the oil at working temperature from deep fat fryers, thus avoiding expensive down time. The fryer is then filtered, removing microscopic particles of food so you can actually see the oil change in colour and clarity, stored until the fryer is cleaned and returned to the fryer for further extended use – reducing caterers operating costs. Removal of used oil is also an optional part of the service giving the added benefit of Environmental and waste storage improvements.
